Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of automationforowners.com, digital product purchases, protected downloads, support, and setup sprint services from Automation for Owners.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and LZO Enterprises LLC, doing business as Automation for Owners. By using this website, downloading free resources, purchasing digital products, booking setup sprint services, or contacting support, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected files, bypass download controls, submit malicious content, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

3. Digital products

Automation for Owners sells digital resources, including webhook automation libraries, industry packs, setup guides, field maps, sample call data, workflow specifications, checklists, dashboards, outcome playbooks, and related business templates.

  • Products are delivered electronically through downloads, protected links, email, or other digital delivery methods.
  • Protected links may expire, include access controls, or have download limits to reduce unauthorized sharing.
  • You are responsible for using a valid email address at checkout and contacting support if delivery fails.
  • Product descriptions are intended to describe included materials, not guarantee a particular business result.

4. Setup sprint services

Setup sprint services are limited-scope implementation services for configuring, testing, and documenting selected workflows. Scope depends on the purchased tier and any written service description provided at checkout or on the setup sprint page.

  • Setup sprints do not include custom software development, replacing your CRM or phone system, large multi-location rollouts, or legal, medical, tax, financial, or compliance advice.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate business requirements, access to the tools you want configured, and timely feedback.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and testing automations before relying on them in production.
  • Each Setup Sprint includes 14 calendar days of post-handoff support for the workflows configured during the sprint.
  • Included support covers questions, troubleshooting, handoff clarification, and reasonable fixes tied to the original workflow scope.
  • Included support does not cover new workflows, new integrations, ongoing monitoring, managed automation maintenance, third-party outages, third-party platform changes, or changes to your business systems after handoff.

5. Workflow Rescue and paid troubleshooting

Workflow Rescue and other paid troubleshooting services are limited-scope support products. They cover diagnosis, troubleshooting, and reasonable repair attempts for AFO-configured workflows within the purchased workflow count.

  • Workflow Rescue does not guarantee that every issue can be fixed.
  • Workflow Rescue does not guarantee uptime and does not include emergency response.
  • Workflow Rescue does not include ongoing monitoring, managed automation maintenance, new workflows, new integrations, custom development, replacement of third-party systems, or changes outside the original AFO-configured workflow scope.
  • Customer access, accurate information, timely response, and third-party account availability are required for troubleshooting.
  • Automation for Owners is not responsible for outages, pricing, permissions, bugs, feature removals, data loss, or policy changes in third-party platforms.
  • Workflow Rescue includes 7 calendar days of clarification on the same purchased support issue, not new issues or expanded scope.

6. License and permitted use

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchased digital products include a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your internal business use.

  • You may adapt the materials for your own business operations.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, share, upload publicly, or include the files in another product or service.
  • You may not claim ownership or authorship of Automation for Owners original materials.
  • Agency, consultant, or multi-client use requires written permission unless expressly included in the product terms.

7. Purchases, pricing, and payment

Prices, product availability, and package details may change over time. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

8. Refunds and delivery issues

Because digital products are delivered electronically, digital product purchases are generally final unless required otherwise by law. If there is a duplicate charge, failed delivery, inaccessible protected link, or materially incorrect order, contact support@automationforowners.com and we will review the issue. Any refund, credit, or replacement access is handled at Automation for Owners' discretion unless the law requires a different result.

9. No professional advice

Automation for Owners provides business automation templates, guides, implementation notes, and workflow materials. The materials are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, privacy, security, or compliance advice. You are responsible for deciding whether any workflow, data handling practice, notification, script, or business process is appropriate for your organization and legal obligations.

10. Third-party tools and services

Products may reference third-party tools such as automation platforms, CRMs, spreadsheets, calendars, messaging tools, payment providers, or call systems. Automation for Owners does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies, features, outages, permissions, or changes. You are responsible for maintaining your own third-party accounts and complying with their terms.

11. Customer data and workflow responsibility

If you use Automation for Owners materials with customer information, call summaries, transcripts, phone numbers, appointment data, or other business records, you are responsible for collecting, storing, transmitting, and using that information lawfully. You should test automations before production use, limit unnecessary data sharing, and avoid sending sensitive data to tools that are not approved for your business needs.

12. Intellectual property

The website, product materials, copy, designs, templates, downloads, workflows, diagrams, and related content are owned by LZO Enterprises LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these terms or in a written agreement.

13. Availability and changes

We may update, replace, discontinue, or remove website features, product pages, downloads, prices, product names, or support processes at any time. We may also correct errors, improve materials, or change delivery methods. We are not obligated to keep every older version of a product or page available indefinitely.

14. Disclaimers

The website and materials are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automation for Owners disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and any guarantee of business results, revenue, cost savings, lead volume, or operational outcome.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LZO Enterprises LLC and Automation for Owners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or third-party service failures. Our total liability for any claim related to the site, a product, or a setup sprint will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LZO Enterprises LLC and Automation for Owners from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or products, violation of these terms, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, or implementation of workflows using your own data, accounts, tools, or systems.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The effective date will show when the terms were last updated. Continued use of the site or products after an update means the revised terms apply going forward.
