1. Third-party tools referenced by Automation for Owners
Automation for Owners materials may reference automation platforms, CRMs, job systems, spreadsheets, calendars, messaging tools, payment processors, AI phone systems, and other business software. Examples may include Zapier, Make, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Stripe, and similar services.
2. Customer account responsibilities
Unless a written service description says otherwise, customers are responsible for their own third-party accounts, subscriptions, billing, permissions, usage limits, security settings, user access, and compliance with each provider's terms. Automation for Owners purchases do not include third-party software subscriptions.
3. Setup Sprint access requirements
Setup Sprint services require customer-provided access to the tools selected for implementation. If an account is unavailable, permission-limited, unpaid, suspended, missing required features, or blocked by a provider policy, setup work may be delayed or limited.
4. Platform fees, limits, and changes
Third-party providers control their own pricing, plan limits, APIs, permissions, feature availability, outages, documentation, and policies. Automation for Owners does not control those services and is not responsible for platform changes, service interruptions, deleted data, billing issues, rate limits, authentication changes, or provider-side errors.
5. Trademarks and independence
All third-party names, logos, product names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Automation for Owners is operated by LZO Enterprises LLC and is independent. Automation for Owners is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zapier, Make, or other named platforms unless a page expressly states otherwise.
6. Customer data and compliance
Customers are responsible for deciding what data should be sent through their workflows and whether the selected tools are appropriate for their business, customers, industry, and legal obligations. Avoid sending sensitive data to any platform that has not been approved for your business needs.
7. Affiliate relationships
Some Automation for Owners content may include affiliate or referral links. If a purchase is made through those links, Automation for Owners may earn a commission at no additional cost to the customer. Affiliate relationships do not change the price paid by the customer and should not replace the customer's own review of whether a tool is appropriate.
8. Questions before buying
If you are unsure whether your current tools, accounts, or plan level will support the workflow you want to build, contact support@automationforowners.com before purchasing a setup service.
